Shipping & Returns Policy
Noritsu-Laser.com is pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide, dispatching parcels from Israel.
Shipping Options
We provide two shipping options for our customers: Registered Airmail with tracking and Express Delivery (EMS) with tracking. Airmail delivery usually takes between 14 to 30 days from the dispatch date, while Express Delivery (EMS) typically takes between 7 to 14 days.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that upon arrival in the buyer’s country, customs duties and taxes may be imposed on the parcel. Any additional charges related to customs duties must be paid by the buyer. We are not familiar with customs duties and taxes in all countries and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or strikes, including those occurring during the holiday season. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs and border control.
Buyer’s Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing the accurate shipping address for their order. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery to post office boxes, and all associated risks lie with the buyer if they request delivery to a post office box.
Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties associated with the parcel, including the cost of returning the parcel to our online store and the cost of reshipping to the correct address if requested by the buyer. We are not responsible for undelivered parcels, and all fees associated with the return or reshipment of the parcel must be paid by the buyer.
Product Exchange
To exchange a product, the items must first be returned to our online store in a parcel with a tracking number and wrapped internally with protective material, such as bubble wrap, to prevent damage. Once the return is received by our store, we will dispatch the replacement product. The shipping cost of the returned item must be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Items must be returned with postage fees and a tracking number within 14 days of receiving the order unless otherwise specified.
Returns
If a refund is required, it will be equal to 100% of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping and any customs duties and fees. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and all settlements and refunds will be processed through PayPal.
